Agile development comprises five groups, which in turn consist of several teams. Analysts, application and BI developers, product owners and testers work in these. Whether developments in the goods industry, logistics, sales outlets, online shop, ROSSMANN app or other internal departments – the aim is to provide innovative and efficient solutions that meet modern technological requirements. With us, everyone finds the right challenge based on individual strengths - whether with RPG for IBMi systems, Java, Ruby and PHP for BackOffice applications, Objective-C or Swift for iOS platforms, or Java for Android. Our creative diversity is reflected in each code line.

This will make you

• In the heart of our expansion and geodata systems, you develop powerful applications and actively shape their technical future
• With a clear view of data flows, you design and implement interfaces that intelligently connect internal and external data sources
• Geodata is specifically anchored in our systems and decision-making processes – from the expansion system to object reports to data platforms
• Existing web services and proprietary developments will take you to the next level and create a modern, predictable system landscape
• For a high data quality and a stable control operation, take care of from a technical perspective and reliably bring fault sources to light
• Together with the Product Owner, departments, other IT teams and external partners, you are driving forward solutions that create real added value
• Technical solutions accompany you from the test phase to the documentation and evaluate new requirements regarding feasibility, effort and risks

This will bring you

• A study of computer science, business information technology or a comparable qualification forms your foundation – alternatively convince you with relevant practical experience
• In the Java environment, you can move safely and bring profound experience with web services as well as REST APIs to everyday work
• SQL databases are familiar terrain for you and a stable understanding of data quality as well as clean data flows completes your profile
• The connection of different systems you consider as an exciting puzzle, whose parts you accurately combine
• Analytical thinking, a structured working style and a secure overview of complex relationships
• You appreciate teamwork, introduce your own ideas and contribute to joint success with your solution-oriented way
• In exchange with departments, IT colleagues and external partners, you communicate clearly, bindingly and in German at a very good level
