As a production employee (m/w/d), you are in the middle of what is happening and make sure that everything is running around in production. In this role you can expect practical tasks relating to machines, plants and finished products.

• Roughening, raising, operating and monitoring of the plant or production process
• You support the production and processing of products directly in the ongoing process
• Detect disturbances early and help with removal and easy maintenance work
• Set up and operate machines also belongs to your everyday life
• The manufacture of the finished goods ensures that everything is cleanly prepared and ready for dispatch
• You pay attention to a smooth process and keeps quality and speed in mind
• With the help of production means here: packing, thinking and working reliably

We are looking for

For this position, a practical background with technical experience fits particularly well. As a production employee (m/w/d), you should be safe to use machines and also work reliably in shift operation.

• Technical training or comparable practical experience is desirable
• Experience in handling machines and production plants You have a clear advantage
• Layer experience, ideally in 15- or 21 layers, is advantageous
• The mentioned working hours and shift models should be flexible
• You work carefully, stay focused on recurring processes and pack reliably
• Technical understanding and a glimpse of disturbances help you to stay quickly in the process
