You are responsible for the processing of performance matters in your field. Your tasks include the examination and processing of new applications and the ongoing supervision of performance cases. They provide expert advice to applicants and beneficiaries on their concerns, thereby specifically introducing your communication and consulting skills. They work closely with colleagues at the Jobcenter and with external authorities.

A career examination for the upscale non-technical administration service, the degree as an administrative specialist/administrative expert or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in the interpretation and application of legal standards and knowledge in general administrative law. Safe handling of common MS Office applications is of course for you. Your strengths include pronounced empathy, team spirit and secure decision-making. Perspective: Indefinite job with payment to pay group 9c TVöD (corresponding to 3.787,84 – 5.220.52 Euro in full time) or grade A10 LBesO BW.
