Technical responsibility: You develop and implement SAP FS-ICM-based software solutions for Incentive & Commission Management, from conception to go-live. Close cooperation with Requirements Engineers awaits you: Together, their technical and technical concepts are driving forward and accompanies the entire development process. Technical quality is at the heart of us: you work with pair programming, code reviews and clean code principles and actively contribute to reducing technical debt. Test automation you develop proactively - for more efficient functional, integration and regression tests. AI integration is not a buzzword for us, but a practice that has been lived: you bring AI-based solutions into the commission environment, for example for automated data analyses, forecasts or process optimizations.

Education: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a comparable degree program. Or an equivalent technical training with corresponding practical experience. Professional experience: You have already gained experience in software development, ideally with SAP technologies such as ABAP/ABAP-OO, SAP FS-ICM, SAP UI5/Fiori or alternatively with Java, bringing a fundamental understanding of agile working methods such as Kanban or Scrum. Communication competence: You communicate clearly and target-group-oriented in German (C1-C2) and English. Team and collaboration competence: You like to work closely with others, get (pro-)active and understand that good software is created in the team. Readiness and initiative: You are curious about new technologies (AI, machine learning or data science in the SAP context) and you are actively administering knowledge. Empathy and conflict resolution competence: You go open to others, perceive different perspectives and find constructive ways forward in challenging situations.
