You advise and support our customers in ongoing support and implementation of new requirements in the environment of SAP HCM Payroll and / or time management In addition, you analyze and understand customer requirements and advise our customers about the feasibility With the help of your technical, technical and methodological knowledge, you will show the customer best practices to optimally use the SAP HCM payroll and/or time management You come to a very well-functioning team that greatly appreciates the exchange between each other and supports each other In this position you work predominantly hybrid, regular service trips are not required

You have a completed study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training In addition, you have already gained extensive knowledge and experience in the field of SAP HCM Payroll and/or Time Economy The execution of customizing activities, the creation/adjustment of computing rules and schemes as well as the support for Support Package playbacks are not strange to you You will also find yourself well at the advanced SAP HCM environment, including topics such as personal administration and organization management You are team-ready, communicative, service-oriented and have an independent working method Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and good knowledge of English complete your profile
