Onsite Support Techniker IT Support (m/f/d)

As experts for IT personnel and commercial professionals in the transfer of employees and in the service and work contract, we support national and international renowned customers from the IT industry.

For use with our customer, we are looking for several at the Sindelfingen site at the earliest possible time JOBPROFIL - ID 11193STN

UFGABEN user support on site as well as remotely with questions and disturbances around iPhone / iPad, mobile devices, scanners and IT workplace hardware Implementation of IMAC D and Break-&-Fix activities in the Workplace and Factory / Shopfloor environment Installation, refueling, rollout, delivery and installation of PCs/notebooks, monitors, printers and small periphery Ticket processing and documentation in the ITSM tool (ideally ServiceNow)

REQUIREMENTS Successfully completed training in the IT field, e.g. specialist system integration, IT system businessman/wife or comparable qualification or Professional experience Good IT and hardware knowledge, all-rounder in the workplace environment (in particular HP, Lenovo, printer) Knowledge of Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Windows 10 / Windows 11 Experience in the large customer/enterprise environment and working with incident ticket systems (ITSM), ideally ServiceNow Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) and very good knowledge of English Physically loadable or capable of carrying more than 5 kg Driving licence class B, car required
