You take over the processing of customer requests including the technical advice of our Solarwatt partners, installers and end customers for our latest product generation The on-site support of our customers for technical questions, troubleshooting, (remote) diagnostics and troubleshooting (advanced by phone hotline) is also one of your main tasks You support the planning and commissioning of complex plant configurations as well as of sector coupling products Error images and fault causes are analyzed by you and you are automatically deriving troubleshooting strategies Identify technical product weakeners and clarification of complex errors in close cooperation with product management, quality department and our suppliers
You have completed your studies on Bachelor level or completed training as a master/technical technician (or a comparable degree) You have already been able to gain at least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer service You have the ability to recognize the needs of the customers and to stand up to them helpfully Personally, you are characterized by their problem-solving capability, communication strength, stress resistance and conscience You have very good German and English skills
