In this function, you are responsible for the accounting of several companies and take over central tasks relating to financial accounting, payment transactions, asset accounting and monthly and annual accounts. In this position, you independently take over the accounting supervision of several companies and thus contribute significantly to a professional and reliable financial system. Own processing of all accounting Responsibility for payment and asset accounting Creation of monthly interim results Self-preparation of the annual accounts for the external annual audit Ensuring proper and timely accounting Processing and clarification of accounting questions Competent respondent for internal stakeholders and departments Cooperation with external partners, in particular as part of the annual audit

(m/w/d) (IHK), a completed degree as a business economist (m/w/d) with the subject of tax and auditing or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in these tasks Knowledge of financial and accounting Good knowledge of the creation of monthly and annual accounts Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Safe handling of common financial accounting software Ideally experience in the financial accounting of a non-profit social enterprise, a comparable organisation or a tax law firm A careful, structured and reliable operation Analytical thinkability and pronounced numerical understanding High level of initiative, commitment and awareness of responsibility Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different internal and external contacts
