Development, planning and implementation of training and qualification measures according to modern pedagogical concepts in theory and practice Responsible for trainees as part of the education and training order in coordination with our customer companies Responsible for a specific part of our training workshop Participation in the work planning for the department Implementation of quality assurance measures under CVP inspections Creation and continuous updating of necessary training materials Regular implementation of level checks Participation in product and department-related marketing and sales measures Participation in external working groups and bodies (e.g. IHK Audit Committees) Conduct regular feedback and assessment talks with trainees and customer companies

Completed training in the profession Electronics/in for automation technology, process control electronics/in or measurement and control mechanic/in and further training for master/in or technician/in the field of electrical engineering Training examination IHK Good software knowledge in the MS Office applications and experienced handling of digital learning formats Enforcement and empathy as well as high social competence and communication skills, in particular with regard to young people Organisational capacity, self-initiative, self-employment and a contact-friendly occurrence
