CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

CJD Baden-WÃ1⁄4rttemberg is one of 13 associations in the CJD and is responsible for nearly 3,500 people in different life situations each year at the locations with around 860 employees.

In this project, you work with student groups aged 11-16 for career orientation and assessment of your own skills. Practical projects are carried out together and various professional fields are met.

Your New Task

• Design of group offers with project character for students aged approx. 11-16 years
• Implementation of practical career orientation
• Media competencies
• Promoting career choice and self-assessment skills
• Cooperation with cooperation partners

Your profile

• A completed study of social education, social work, a completed training as a worker or a comparable qualification
• Experience with the target group and digital skills desirable
• Flexibility in dealing with challenges
• Extensive knowledge of the German training system desirable
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
