A. Tax EMEA (approx. 60 %) Head of Tax EMEA Tax support & coordination Support of the Head of Tax EMEA for tax issues in EMEA companies Creation of drafts for analyses, basis of decision and documentation Preparation of documents for internal meetings and external votes Support in monitoring tax compliance and identifying potential risks Search for tax developments and regulatory changes Conversion prices Support for the creation and maintenance of the settlement price documentation Participation in the processing and structuring of data on intra-group transactions according to group taxi requirements Projects Participation in tax projects (e.g. audits, restructuring, internal initiatives) Coordination of contributions from internal stakeholders and external consultants

Sales Tax & Finance – Emsdetten (approx. 40%) Report line: Finance / Accounting Emsdetten Value added tax Creation of sales tax pre-registrations for domestic and foreign registrations of defined companies under the guidance Support for ongoing sales tax issues in coordination with local teams and external consultants Participation in audits and administrative requests (document and coordination) Interface coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants Accounting & Reporting Support for finance/accounting in fiscal matters in financial statements Working in internal tax reporting (AARO), in particular data processing and voting No independent responsibility for accounting processes or legal reporting Cooperation Close cooperation with Finance, Accounting, Legal and other functions in the EMEA region Coordination with external tax consultants to ensure timely results Support for cooperation and coordination between Group companies

Successfully completed training as a tax specialist Development to the tax specialist (m/w/d) of advantage or preferably Alternative: comparable practical skills with a clear focus on taxes First relevant professional experience in the tax environment, ideally related to turnover tax Basic understanding of tax processes and compliance requirements Safe handling of numbers as well as structured and careful working readiness to work on international tax issues Good English knowledge of word and writing Ability to edit several topics in parallel in a dynamic environment Pragmatism and solution-oriented working readiness for occasional missions within the region
