Creation, optimization and automation of data queries (e.g. using SQL) Implementation of system analyses, identification of error sources and support in the Troubleshooting Continuing and expanding efficient data processes for the reliable provision of HR information between the Finance, Controlling and Pay Accounting departments Technical support and further development of HR systems and their interfaces, including in cooperation with IT, software providers or internal stakeholders Preparation and participation in internal and external audits or reports Systemic support of the salary & salary team in the monthly and annual payroll including quality assurance by specified test routines Working with HR IT projects such as system extensions, integrations or process digitalization, including identification of needs and development of solutions

Finded experience in the database environment; safe handling of SQL is desirable, but not mandatory Very good Excel knowledge; Experience with VBA is beneficial Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1) routine in handling HR systems (e.g. P&I LOGA, SAP HCM, Datev) First experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is welcome, but not absolutely necessary Embossed analytical and process-oriented thinking, joy in numbers and structured working methods Ability to clean, understandable and addressable data High accuracy and responsible handling of sensitive personal data
