Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services central contact for the customer in all questions in the area of responsibility Control of the object team, planning of personnel use and ensuring internal performance calculation of the associated employees Responsibility for complex industrial production facilities

Technical training, e.g. as an electronic / electrician / energy plant electronics / electrical installer with further training to the technician, master or alternatively a completed study in engineering with focus on facility management / technical building equipment / supply technology or electrical engineering Ideally with multi-year professional experience, but also professional entry are welcome! Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation German knowledge at least on Level C1
