For the organization unit C/S data backup and archiving we are looking for the next possible date for the Hannover or Münster site Systemadministrator Datensicherung und Archivierung (m/w/d).

The department is responsible for providing, developing and operating the client/server data backup environments for the OSPlus Banking Platform. The department is technically and commercially responsible for the required technical infrastructure and for the agreed services. It offers the AIX, Linux and Windows platforms as well as different databases / applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL or Exchange modern and economical solutions for data backup and archiving.

Participation in the development and operation of automation solutions Provision of data backups and archiving for server systems, file systems, databases and applications Supporting the data backup and archiving environment in the C/S environment Regular control of the productive environment, ticket processing, deriving optimization potential Support in the planning and implementation of data backup and archiving environments

Completed training or studies in IT Operating system identifiers (AIX, Linux and/or Windows server) Ideally experience in supporting backup & recovery processes or developing interfaces or automation solutions (e.g. with Ansible) Ability to work cooperatively in a team
