You take the lead of continuous improvement and debottlenecking projects at global locations of the LAB Business Unit. You initiate and moderate workshops with location teams and specialist experts (e.g. value flow analyses, process observations, PDCA or Kaizen) to create a common understanding of optimization potentials. With the help of available digital data, you identify and evaluate approaches to maximizing plant utilization, increasing raw material and energy efficiency, and reducing cycle times and operating costs. You support the planning and implementation of central digital tools and take responsibility with the support of the site teams during roll-out.

Complete studies in chemical engineering or process engineering or many years of professional experience in the field of production At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical industry, preferably with reference to production-related improvement projects German and English language skills in word and writing readiness and handling of interdisciplinary, international teams High flexibility, solution-oriented thinking and cooperation at eye level
