The family horizonte gGmbH is a joint company of the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district and the Rendsburg-Eckernförde bridge. The company offers a differentiated and permeable range of stationary and outpatient assistance for young people and families with social and educational emergencies, which enables an individual, targeted and flexible work oriented on the client's requirements and specific needs. The assistance offers are coordinated and interlinked so that we can provide the help seeker with an optimal overall assistance system. The crisis intervention team (KIT42), already in the founding year of the family horizon gGmbH 2005, is the central link to the youth and social services of the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district. This long-term cooperation will be complemented with a shelter for eight children and young people from the third year of life in cooperation with the Plön and Rendsburg-Eckernförde districts. The shelter will be the starting point for short-term accommodation, which provides demand-oriented support and perspective for young people in crisis situations. About the bridge Rendsburg-Eckernförde e.V. The bridge Rendsburg-Eckernförde e.V. is an association for promoting mental health. The bridge with its over 1,300 employees has been responsible for social and health care in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district since 1984 and is one of the largest employers in the region. It provides assistance and services for people of all ages and in all situations of life.

You shape and accompany the conceptual development of the shelter and ensure its implementation in everyday life. You are responsible for the educational everyday design and supports the children and young people in a resource-oriented manner in clarifying their goals and perspectives. You take crisis interventions and implement preventive measures to stabilise the group daily. You guide the team professionally and organizationally, accompany personnel development and actively participate in personnel recovery. You advise and coordinate the cooperation with our cooperation partners in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district and in the Plön district. You participate in case meetings, collegial consultations (JSD/ASD) as well as team and field meetings and organize them. You represent the institution in relevant regional working groups. You introduce and develop quality management. You bring the willingness to participate in shift and weekend services.

You have well-founded knowledge in SGB VIII. You own a class B license. You can act safely and consistently in challenging situations. You bring consulting skills, empathy and team skills. You also encounter children, adolescents and families in difficult situations of life with an appreciation attitude. You are sure to deal with the common digital media and documentation systems. You have joy and motivation in the pedagogical work and support of development processes. Desirable (no must) Management experience in the fully-stationary area of assistance for education according to SGB VIII.
