Then you are in the Regional Director Nord – Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum and Vivantes Klinikum Spandau – just right and actively support the further development of modern hospital structures. The Vivantes Klinikum Spandau (KSP) is a clinic with 22 medical departments and 620 beds, including 72 with special comforts. Around 25,000 patients are treated inpatient and 30,000 outpatients each year. The Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum (HUK) is a clinic with 10 medical specialist departments and 672 beds in northern Berlin, including 116 with special comforts. Around 63,000 patients are treated inpatient and 16,000 outpatients per year.

Co-responsibility for the operative operation of Vivantes Klinika Spandau and Humboldt and conceptual cooperation on strategies for the further development of the Klinika Implementation of projects for the Regional Director team under legal, technical, economic and quality-relevant aspects Planning, development and support in the initiation and implementation of measures to optimize hospital-specific structures and processes Leadership, coordination, control and control of local and regional projects and support in process analysis and process optimization Support in contracting, coordination in construction projects, preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings and events Ensuring and optimising binding information structures in the organisation

Graduate degree with focus on hospital management / health management (master degree), a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience in hospital management Professional experience in the field of hospital coordination Good knowledge and experience in project and process management and in controlling a hospital Very good PC identifiers (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Communication and coordination talent with innovativeness, enforcement and above-average commitment Organizational skills and a motivating, cooperative and targeted personality Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
