Working Student Group Talent Management (m/f/d)

You support our team in diverse talent management initiatives and gain practical insights into global leadership programs. You participate in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of national and international operations diagnostic procedures. You research up-to-date people development and talent management issues and provide information structured for concepts, presentations and decision-making. Together with the People Development team, you work on exciting topics and are in exchange with colleagues from national and international HR areas. In doing so, you will be able to carry out smaller task packages on your own and continue to develop professionally and personally. You support day-to-day operations, such as the creation of documents, evaluations and documentation, as well as organisational tasks.

You are enrolled:r Student:in, for example in psychology, economic psychology, business administration with HR focus or a comparable degree course, and still have at least one year before you. You are interested in people development, talent management, or acquisition-diagnostic issues. Ideally, you will bring first practical insights through internships, student activities or relevant study projects. You work structured, carefully and reliably and enjoy working on new topics. You are safe in dealing with Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, and are happy to prepare content clearly and appealingly. You communicate openly, work in the team and bring good knowledge of German and English.
