You analyze and model complex business processes and requirements with the aim of introducing and developing sustainable IT solutions to optimize processes Individually collect and concreteize customer and department requirements with organisational relevance and support in modeling demanding specialist processes In a predominantly responsible role, you will design IT solutions of high complexity and ensure the end-to-end imaging of requirements You derive sustainable organizational and technological solutions from technical requirements and evaluate new technologies together with IT development teams In addition, develop, train and communicate methods and tools for process analysis, documentation and IT project management You initiate, plan and control complex IT realisation projects including procurement processes, service provider control and achievement in time, budget and quality

You have a degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in requirements and process analysis, specification of technical requirements and in the management of complex IT projects You have extensive practice in controlling external service providers and very good knowledge of current IT technologies and software solutions Ideally you know essential GKV processes A pronounced analyseability, result orientation and a high degree of organizational skills With communication strength, enforcing ability, self-initiative and creativity, you can safely move in the tension between disciplines and IT German language and written knowledge (mind. C1 level)
