Responsible for module support and customization within the ''Customer Services' services' and other non-SAP applications Responsibility for coordinating colleagues and topics in the fields of application (SAP or Non-SAP) Standardization and harmonisation as well as optimization and further development of our system and application landscapes and services in the field of 'Customer Services', including SAP S/4 Active cooperation in innovative AMS projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to the takeover of the (partial) project management Consultancy and support of our business partners as part of the process support and optimization, new development and design of the business processes in the application landscape in the area ''Customer Services'' Working with the creation of technical solutions/implementation concepts as well as realignment of existing applications, mainly in the field of Logistics Support of key users in the business of SAP module CS as well as non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support

This place can be occupied at the locations Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Neckarsulm and Unterlüß.

Successfully completed (university) studies of (economic) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background At least 5-7 years of professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in SAP CS Multiannual experience in managing external service providers and technical coordination of internal colleagues Multiannual comprehensive knowledge in the field of operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP) Wide knowledge in the field of aftersales and adjacent logistics processes Good to very good knowledge in the field of SAP CS and adjacent SAP ERP modules (Customizing; Debugging desirable and at best programming knowledge) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
