Intern Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

You support the planning, implementation and further development of our social media activities on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for all our brands (ARTDECO, Make-up Factory, ANNY and goovi). You develop creative and brand-friendly content ideas and implement them independently, from Reels and Stories to TikToks and social media posts. You will be watching current social media, beauty, influencer and digital marketing trends and translate them into relevant trend content for our brands. You are researching suitable content creators and influencers for our brands and supporting the selection and construction of new cooperations. You are the first Creator Briefings to support our content creator collaborations. You enter our social media channels together with the team and are in direct contact with our community. You bring your own ideas and develop creative concepts that create our brands authentic and attentive. You want to stand in front of the camera yourself and actively participate in creating social media content. Depending on the project, you can also support shootings, events, campaigns and other cross-departmental marketing projects, and we guarantee that it is not boring. Our own ideas are explicitly desired: we are happy about creative minds that want to remember, try and move something.

You are studying business management, marketing, communication, media sciences or a comparable degree course or are currently in a Gap Year and want to gain practical experience in digital marketing. Social Media is part of your everyday life. You know platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube not only as a user*in, but also have a sense of what content generates attention and excites people. You are interested in the beauty and lifestyle world and follow current trends in beauty, make-up and social media. Ideally, you already bring first knowledge from this area and know what topics and products people inspire. You think creative, but also data-based. Figures do not scare off, but help you to measure success and discover new potentials. Content Creation is fun and you are passionate about storytelling, digital trends and creative marketing ideas. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in creating and editing image and video content. You can safely move into digital tools and systems. First experiences with creative and content tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Cloud are of advantage. Creativity, initiative and a hands-on mentality characterize you. You work independently, think with, introduce your own ideas, and you want to drive things forward instead of just watching. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. You are looking for an internship for at least 6 months from August 2026.
