Monitoring and coordination of customer accounts to ensure correct and rapid payment inputs Creation and dispatch of invoices, account statements and payment reminders Communication with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies Implementation of credit assessments and negotiations on balances of payments Organisation and maintenance of invoice and payment records Ensuring law-compliant flaws and debt collection procedures

Completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in the field of accounting Professional experience in debitor accounting Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV, Navision) Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Teamability, communication strength and a high degree of reliability
