Specialist project management for securing land use / acquisition of rights for pipeline construction (m/f/d)

You take on your own communication and negotiations with property owners, especially farms, based on technical projects. You ensure that all relevant information and agreements are documented correctly in our databases and can be retrieved at any time. In cooperation with our legal department, you develop individual contracts that are tailored to your projects and their requirements. You work with land register and cataster offices as well as external reviewers to clarify all relevant legal and technical aspects. You are responsible for managing your (partial) projects both in terms of content and financial terms and independently assume responsibility for compliance with the budget. As ambassador to the energy transition, you represent the E.DIS network in the region and actively contribute to the expansion of the power grid.

You have completed university studies (Diplom/Master) and come from the fields of agriculture, soil science, urban and regional planning and law. In addition, you will have practical experience in working with farms and other relevant stakeholders. Ideally, you bring knowledge of the technical and legal framework of the energy industry. Knowledge of the right to compensation completes your profile. You have good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and basic knowledge of GIS. You work independently, take responsibility and trade in solution-oriented. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability and negotiation skills. Your empathic skills support you in the negotiations with different stakeholders. You can drive a class B or 3.
