In order to support our team in the Construction and Maintenance Division, project team street construction, we are looking for you as a civil engineer (m/w/d) or economic engineer (m/w/d) in road construction, focus on building billing. From now on, the position must be fixed within the framework of a parental leave until 31.08.2027.

Processing of billing and final accounts in the field of planning and construction, including cost control, target-actual comparisons and testing and supplementing the submitted final accounting documents Verification, allocation of cost-sharing keys and settlement of agreements with third parties, crossing agreements Commercial and legal support (including the processing of objections, interest receivables, dunning and insolvency cases, preparation of opinions and processing of requests for contracts and invoices) Call for tenders and awards for road construction projects, starting with the preparation and testing of tendering and award documents, including performance descriptions and performance directories, to the technical assistance of procurement procedures Project management and maintenance of new, expansion and conservation measures in road construction, including testing of road designs or Road planning including mass and cost calculations Coordination and basic determination (e.g. exploration of lines, old loads, collection of information and coordination with the utilities)

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering (Bachelor/FH diploma) or Detection of comparable practical skills, qualifications and experience Comprehensive knowledge of construction costs and construction processes as well as experience in accounting comprehensive construction projects In-depth knowledge in public budgetary and grant law or deep understanding of the VOB, HOAI and structural conditions Experience in the implementation of procurement procedures for engineering contracts Knowledge of building and planning law including the related laws, regulations and technical standards German language skills

That would be desirable: Professional experience in road construction and construction of federal motorways Experience in handling iTWO, SAP or comparable tools Knowledge of road traffic law
