You review global audit processes, support the release of calculations, conduct completeness checks and participate in reviews within the framework of certification decisions (according to DIN EN ISO 17021-1:2015). Monitoring and verification of compliance with certification requirements at national and global level is one of your tasks. In addition, you can consult the global auditor network by using your knowledge of internal systems (e.g. Audit and Certificate Data Cloud), rules and their relationships to ensure the quality of audit performance. You monitor, evaluate and ensure that the audit documentation is consistent and meet the specific requirements of the accreditation and designation bodies (according to DIN EN ISO 17021-1:2015). You cooperate intensively with auditors, various departments and other internal and external contact persons to make the processes smooth. Your tasks include the creation and maintenance of internal project data, the implementation of control tasks, the monitoring of compliance with accreditation and designation requirements and the responsibility for accreditation-relevant processes.

Successfully completed studies with experience in the automotive sector Experience with and affinity for quality management is desirable Communication strength and ability to efficiently coordinate with international internal and external partners Analytical skills for evaluating audit data and processes as well as experience in handling digital tools for project and document management Required knowledge in the QM system of a technical service, the approval-relevant requirements or Designation rules of type-testing authorities, the requirements of EU/UNECE regulations in the field of management system audits/assessments as well as initial experience with the ISO/IEC 17021-1 standard and the willingness to work actively and independently deeper into these issues German and English knowledge in word and writing
