We are looking for a examinated nursing staff (w/m/d) at the closest possible time with a job for the practical instructions for our facility in the house of care and care copper cell.

Your duties

• Professionally versed, applied and responsibly cultivate and accompany our residents according to the current scientific knowledge
• Proper guidance of care documentation and continuous further development of ALPENLAND care standards
• They support our residents in their self-determined lifestyle and actively contribute to the further development of our ALPENLAND quality management
• Methodologically and professionally at a high level guide our nursing helpers as well as our trainees and promote them in their development
• As part of the ALPENLAND family with flat hierarchies, you actively participate in the jointly set goals and shape your working environment together

Your profile

• Successfully completed 3-year nursing training (sick care or old care) with additional qualification as a practical manager/ mentor.
• You are with heart, have a positive radiance and go according to your profession with passion and empathy
• Your team skills and communication strength show both to our residents and their relatives as well as to doctors, cooperation partners and colleagues
• The willingness to develop and stimulate innovations and developments in old care is of course for you
