Your tasks: • Inclusion of contact with corporate customers and continuous support • Processing requests from corporate customers and end customers via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, social media, personal) to sales, tariff, contract and online order topics • Solution of challenging customer concerns in close cooperation with internal marketing and sales teams and external partners • Management and updating of customer data in our database system • independent processing, shipping and archiving of corporate agreements • Creating reports and providing information and evaluations

Your qualifications: • Successful completion of a commercial training with extensive professional experience in sales and/or customer service. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent ability to identify complex tariff structures and contractual provisions
