We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of heat networks: Projektmanager Responsibility: You monitor the proper execution of deep and pipe construction measures in the district heating network (steam and heating water) and ensure operational readiness.

Security: You ensure the consistent implementation and compliance of all occupational safety regulations according to ArbSchG and BaustellV.

Implementation: You contribute to the planning and implementation of complex new, renewal, and extension measures as well as dismantling.

Coordination: You control internal and external participants, perform technical instructions and document the progress of construction digitally and comprehensible.

Control: You monitor construction services (deep and pipe construction, plant construction) for compliance with approved documents, check the professional suitability of employees employed and keep in mind the quality.

Efficiency: You secure budgets and dates, check and create scales, evaluate yields and answer acceptances and commissioning until full documentation is handed over.

Complete master training or a comparable technical or craft training with further training to the construction technician/master
