You'll create a correct and fair-term financial accounting according to HGB and IFRS You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and ensure that all legal and international requirements are met You conduct financial analyses to identify trends, deviations and potentials for cost optimization and process improvement You work with other teams across areas and support strategic decisions with financial insights You keep track of changes in accounting standards and ensure their correct implementation in the company You make sure that invoices are posted correctly and in due time and the payment terms are complied with to suppliers You support external audits by preparing relevant documents and answering questions You drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in financial reporting You communicate financial data clearly and understandably to internal and external stakeholders, including management and business partners You actively participate in budget planning and forecasting and support strategic financial management

You have a degree in accounting or finance You bring at least three years of professional experience in financial accounting, especially in dealing with HGB and IFRS You have pronounced analytical skills and a good feeling for details You are safe in handling MS Excel and know about ERP systems (SAP) You work structured, reliable and keep an overview in a dynamic project environment You communicate clearly, like working in the team and bringing a proactive attitude You speak fluent English; German knowledge is advantageous Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
