Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Bayreuth You support the sales representative in obtaining offers, both for goods and for services. You advise interested parties and customers through self-created presentations and ensure customer satisfaction. You provide support for the development of concepts and system solutions for fire alarms, sound systems and speech alarm systems for the strategic business field and more complex individual customers. You identify complex system relationships and develop related services in cooperation with experts. You support the sales representatives in the consulting phase with interested parties and customers. You are responsible for voting with external bodies (e.g. planners, offices). You support the specialist building management in the realization of projects on fire alarm systems, sound systems and speech alarm systems.

Training: completed vocational training in an electrotechnical profession or a comparable qualification, a degree as a technician/master (m/w/div.) is desirable. Experiences and know-how: ideally knowledge / experience in safety technology or Building automation (AutoCAD, LSN, KNX/ EIB, LON, BACnet, ModBus, TCP/IP protocols, etc.). Qualification: ideally knowledge of CRM, ASPC, PARA software and the Office package. Class B driving licence is required. Personality and working methods: safe and competent appearance, negotiation skills, self-motivation and team skills as well as an independent way of working. Languages: very good German knowledge and good English skills.
