Head of E/E Vehicle Platforms & Systems (m/f/d)

Group-wide modular responsibility for the EE modular sizes of “Vehicle Systems & Integration” and “Embedded Hardware” Responsibility for the strategic design, development and safeguarding of the EE vehicle platforms & systems in the modular system Controlling the integration of our EE systems into the vehicles Development and implementation of a Group-wide EBS and Telematics Strategy in coordination with the E/E system development Responsibility for the development of vehicle cable harnesses Responsibility for defining the E/E system interfaces and enforcing these requirements at our suppliers Design of interfaces to the product lines, plants, EE stakeholders, EE areas and other R&D areas as well as external partners for the responsible area Implementation and control of quality assurance measures for development products Controlling and status testing of modular projects to ensure milestones Professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees of the Vehicle Platforms & Systems division incl. Planning and control of necessary capacities and budgets (internal, external)

A master's degree course (M.Sc), degree course (Dipl. Ing.) of electrical engineering or mechatronics or comparable training Ideally experience in the disciplinary leadership and development of employees At least five years of experience in development and project management according to automotive development processes (V model) Experience in the design of EE vehicle platforms and roadmaps Management competence Communication strength and persuasive power Impressed organizational strength and ability to control program and project teams High target and performance orientation Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Strength Joy in handling new technologies Good English knowledge of word and writing Reliability, flexibility and efficient self-management
