Production Specialist / Furnace Operator (m/f/d)

You operate our industrial furnaces and take over the loading and unloading of the furnaces. You monitor the combustion process and ensure that the specified process parameters are maintained. You document process parameters, work steps and production progress in the computer production system. You organize the day-to-day business independently in the area of responsibility and ensure a frictionless process. You assist in the setting of the green ceramics on the firing structures. You cooperate in the maintenance and repair of the furnaces and assist in technical disorders. You are closely associated with production, maintenance and the adjacent departments. You contribute to maintaining our quality, safety and production requirements by means of a careful procedure.

Ideally, a completed training as an industrial ceramic (m/w/d) As an alternative, a technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic / mechatronic / machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or comparable First experience in a productive industrial enterprise of advantage Technical confession, craft skills and interest in production processes Reliable, careful and self-employed Good eye for quality, accuracy and stable processes Willingness to work in the shift system You can reach our location in Bindlach to the respective shift times (breakfast: 05:30, late shift: 13:45, night shift: 22:00)
