Senior Principal IFRS Policies (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the Group's IFRS principles Development, maintenance and further development of the Group-wide IFRS Alliance Guidelines Technical assessment and implementation of new and amended IFRS standards (including impact analyses) Principle decisions on complex accounting and valuation issues according to IFRS and HGB; Evaluation of the possibilities of artificial intelligence and possibly Implementation Advising departments, segments and subsidiaries Support for M&A transactions, restructuring and special projects from IFRS Cooperation in the development and implementation of internal training and training documents Leadership, Development and Control of the Virtual IFRS Basic Division

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on accounting/accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in industry and/or consulting and Auditing Very well-founded knowledge of IFRS standards and their practical application Knowledge of IFRS and HGB as well as consolidated financial statements Knowledge of the requirements of the bodies for reporting Knowledge of internal control and certification processes Understanding the health sector desirable Secure handling of MS-Office, SAP and AI skills are advantageous Very good German and good English skills
