The BWI account management is the business-driven interface to the customer and its first contact person. In addition to customer support, planning and development, account management is responsible for the creation of offers, the closing of contracts, contract management and the monitoring of contract implementation by the supplying units.

Your profile:

  • Complete study of economics or engineering or comparable qualifications
  • Mind. 6 years of professional experience in managing customer relationships, ideally related to the Bundeswehr or public administration
  • Embossed levels of fair communication strength, presentation security and social competence in direct customer contact
  • Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking with high customer orientation
