Unit Manager (m/w/d) Development of Cross-Sectional Technologies and Test Management

As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE), the HCC is the central service provider in Hessen and is responsible for the operation and further development of the comprehensively used SAP systems. They are headed by the ‘Development of Cross-sectional Technologies and Test Management’ unit and, in this context, lay down the work objectives of the employees for the performance of tasks and bear the personal responsibility for them. They ensure the implementation of the corporate strategy, monitor internal processes, build and run organisation, and are responsible for complex concepts, the SAP test management and the further development of the SAP infrastructure (use of new, comprehensive SAP technologies and applications, in particular BTP and PO, Solution Manager and Portal applications).

Successfully completed, relevant scientific study of computer science (or a comparable course of study) or a comparable qualification, which can be used to perform a corresponding activity. Necessarily acquired and proven very good knowledge and experience of at least six years in the SAP environment, preferably in management or consulting roles in the technical direction of technical experts in the SAP environment in the disciplinary leadership of larger heterogeneous teams in the design and management of projects deep knowledge and application in the area of resource control and multi-project environments in the efficient control of internal and external resources in multi-project environments in comprehensive SAP solutions and cloud infrastructures (ideally SAP BTP) in test automation and test management You can also bring this with you: Embossed conceptual skills, structured thinking and analytical problem-solving competence, innovative and design capability as well as a strong focus on customer orientation, efficiency and highest quality.
