Own-responsibility check, confirmation and booking of invoices and credit card invoices Implementation of payment schedules Coordination of creditor accounts, maintenance of creditor master files and processing of remindings Participation in projects in accounting and financial processes Support for the creation of quarterly and annual accounts

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in accounting as well as a further education on the financial account holder*in or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideal experience in dealing with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the document management system ELO Structured, independent and conscientious operation High level of responsibility, teamability and reliability
