Your tasks – Responsibility in real estate everyday: Communication: You maintain ongoing exchange with tenants and external service providers New rental: You control the entire process – from contract negotiation to contract conclusion Our properties on site: You organize and accompany takeovers and takeovers of the supervised areas and carry out regular object visits/checks Contract: You maintain and monitor rental adjustments and option contracts Accounting Control: You check operating expenses, perform quality and audits and track payment inputs
