Trainee – Recycling and Environment (m/f/d)

In our trainee program, you will get to know the recycling and disposal industry from scratch and get a wide range of insights into various Southwest operations You support our operating locations in day-to-day business, take over representation and project tasks and thereby develop a deep understanding of processes, people and challenges on site Together with our executives, you analyse processes, key figures and structures and introduce your own ideas that bring our companies forward organizationally and economically Whether disposition, mass flow, administration, farm or customer contact – you are working flexibly in different topics and are packing up where support is needed Through your operations at different locations, you build a strong regional network and get to know the peculiarities of our first-hand companies. Step by step, you take on more responsibility and prepare yourself for a further task within our group of companies Organisational and administrative activities are also part of this, because who wants to take operational responsibility should really understand the basis of our business

A completed study in the technical, economic, logistic, environmental or comparable field forms your basis You want to write not only concepts, but understand how an operation really works and how to pragmatically put topics into implementation Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and a good sense for people help you quickly work into new tasks and locations Also with changing requirements, you keep an overview, set priorities and find structured solutions for operational issues Communication is yours: You will certainly step up, ask, listen and create different contacts Responsibility stimulates you, flexibility doesn't scare you off and you enjoy developing yourself in a future-proof industry A class B driver's license will bring you with and regular operations within the Southwest region of course
