We are looking for an integration companion w/m/d in full time for our Heidelberg site to strengthen our work integration area. The area of work integration is a specialized area in the Neckargemünd GmbH Vocational Training Foundation to support the professional integration of their own trainees. In addition, the area of labour market services and labour market-oriented integration projects for people with disabilities, multiple intermediary barriers and complex problem structures are being implemented.
