Responsibility for demanding new office projects – from the first idea to the successful conclusion, especially in complex workspace concepts with significant project volume. Acquisition and implementation of key projects including advice at decision-making level and management of relevant stakeholders. Professional Sparring for our Workplace Consultants – joint customer appointments, sharpening of concepts, increasing the final quality. Further development of the Competence Center New Office – including methods, standards, manufacturers, know-how. Active positioning of Erhardt Bürowelt as a leading new office solution provider in the Karlsruhe/Southwest Germany area – clearly differentiated from classic furniture distribution. Close cooperation with management, sales and project teams to promote entrepreneurial decisions effectively.

Distributionally strong personality with background in office & object furniture environment, workplace / New Office or interior design of modern working environments. Clear strength in acquisition and completion – from the first need clarification to the successful project win. Very good knowledge of relevant furniture manufacturers, portfolios and manufacturer's logics as well as security in dealing with partners and networks. Embossed sense of planning quality, spatial concepts and functional working environments – with the ability to evaluate concepts, challenge and develop (not necessarily self-drawing). Economic thinking with a view to feasibility, margin and sustainable project structures. First leadership experience, e.g. in the technical management of interior designers:inside, project or consulting teams, combined with pleasure in coaching and further development.
