Ulmer Strasse 2, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen You are the specialist for the technical building equipment of our technically demanding construction projects within a building manager team. You coordinate the polishing and after-contractors used at the construction sites are directly assigned to the project management You will ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works of your TGA structures at the construction site You document the workflows on the construction site and support your project manager with all important information for a professional construction site controlling

You have a successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) and/or a completed engineering degree with a focus on TGA You have experience in technical building equipment (TGA) You have ideally knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C as well as experience with MS Office and AVA programs
