This will make you smile: You take over the leadership of the Training & Education area and are responsible for coordinating all central and decentralized training activities for the entire Kulzer product portfolio. As a manager, you control your team from three employees, take over resource planning as well as allocation and are responsible for budget planning of the area. You contribute significantly to the professional development of our employees and ensure high training quality. Together with your team, you design and develop modern training concepts – in particular digital training – and actively shape the strategic orientation of the department. Working closely with product management, product application, marketing and development. You themselves act as coaches:in presence and online formats, perform product training, presentations and presentations and represent our expertise in the inside and outside. In addition, you can support sales and service in specialist product requests and thus contribute to optimal customer support.

Take this with you: You have a completed degree in dentistry with doctoral degree or a completed training as a dental technician:in with master title. You bring many years of professional experience in these topics as well as sound management and leadership experience. You have experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of training measures and in the implementation of training. Expertise in the field of didactics as well as experience with the integration of digital and AI-based solutions in training and learning formats complete your profile. In our international environment we require very good, practice-proven English knowledge. Other foreign languages are advantageous.
