The AWO district association Oberbayern e.V. is one of the largest district associations nationwide. We are carriers of around 150 facilities with offers for children, young people, families, senior citizens and people with mental illnesses. About 3,800 employees and around 200 trainees take care of the needs and concerns of the representatives. We do not ask for national, political, confessional, professional or social membership, but are contact persons for all social groups. In our facilities, the AWO fundamental values define freedom, equality, justice, tolerance and solidarity our work. The AWO district association Oberbayern e.V. is the carrier of the Senior Centre. Our AWO senior centre 'Bürgerstift' is quiet and centrally located near the old town and the Lech. The up to 121 inhabitants live in eight housing groups, two of which are located in the gerontopsychiatric area. We attach great importance to high professional competences of our employees, as well as to relationships with our residents, characterised by trust, respect and respect. We support these in their everyday orientations and activities based on the most modern, nursing and rontopsychiatrical concepts. In addition, individual and group offers take place regularly. Takeover of the management of our social services Developing and implementing concepts for the further development of the social service of our institutions Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Planning and implementation of events for our residents (m/w/d), members and guests Development of individual care plans for our residents (m/w/d) and digital documentation

Completion of a study in the social field (e.g. in social work (e.g.), social economy, social management, as a social education (m/w/d) or comparable training Professional experience in the field of old care desirable Team spirit as well as commitment and joy in the work area
