Planning and implementation of around 30 construction measures with the focus on modernization measures with and without area extensions Rental contract creation, testing and management with the focus on trade incl. Creating and tuning construction descriptions Regular negotiation of lease agreements in stock Support in individual portfolio areas in the strategic planning and implementation of the growth strategy Support in the work-up of the retail market (local analyses) and the search and rental of suitable retail outlets Close cooperation and coordination with landlords and commissioned service providers (project developers, brokers, municipalities, etc.) Interesting project work in cooperation with all relevant business areas of the Group

Completed (special) higher education or training with additional real estate qualification First professional experience in portfolio management and an existing network within the real estate and retail sector Number affinity and analytical thinking High readiness Communication strength to customers, business partners and internal contacts Very good ways of handling, negotiation skills and high social competence Team skill paired with a keenness of decision and strength
