Management support in all risk policy issues, in particular in the development and implementation of the risk strategy and the further development of the risk management system to limit risks Structure and care of the Risk Universe Implementation of risk inventory Determining risks, creating a total risk profile and deriving the free risk coverage potential Further development of risk management and controlling processes in cooperation with the management Establishment and optimization of risk early detection procedures and setting risk limits Monitoring of own resources and own resources requirements Monitoring the risk situation of the company and the corresponding risk shielding Ensuring compliance with risk culture Conducting stress tests and regular review of stress test procedures Creation of risk reports for management Support of new product processes

Complete Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related subject area. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g. FRM, PRM, CFA) is advantageous at least five years of professional experience in risk management or in a related area in regulated institutions; first experience with digital assets of advantage Knowledge of relevant German and EU-wide risk management requirements, in particular IFR and MaRisk Excellent analytical skills and a high level of risk awareness Strong communication skills, both written and oral High integrity and sense of responsibility Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and to continuously develop
