Project management for large and complex changes? Your thing! Bank expertly versed and organized, you can grasp senior management in the change implementation. In doing so, you will have a close eye on strategy compliance, economic benefits and impact on processes, portfolios and procedures and will take all parties involved in the implementation. From project and portfolio building and requirement management to structuring and agile planning to cooperation with Product Ownern and the (an) leadership of project organisations on time – thanks to You're running our agile change projects like the snoop. In general, you have organizational and agile projects in your hands: you managst interfaces, answer project budgets, introduce yourself to decision making, negotiate contracts and talk with concise reporting for transparency. Meetings, workshops, training measures and professional coaching – You design, design and moderate as clear as attractive, develop sophisticated roadmaps and get everyone – also internationally – into the boat. With change management measures, you also set up hand in every step and support stakeholders – from squads to tribe leads to the Executive Board – to implement the change goal by influencing, instead of controlling.

Studies with a focus on economics or the like or practical experience in controlling complex change initiatives Knowledge and practice in business and IT as well as in program management Know-how in and strong affinity for agile methods, in particular agile planning Large internal and external network with clear focus on cooperation Structured-analytical way of thinking and ability to quickly identify the core problem Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Very good German and excellent English in word and writing
