In this role, you are responsible for infrastructure, operation and client services and advise the IT leadership on further development. You drive projects forward independently, guide professionally and ensure stability, automation and measurable results. Your tasks Architecture & operation: Planning, provision and curing of Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization and Azure workloads.

Security & availability: Ensuring backup, restore and disaster recovery concepts as well as implementing baselines and hardenings across the network.

Automation & Monitoring: Development of automated patch and software distribution, operation of monitoring and alerting systems and implementation of root analysis.

Network & Infrastructure: Planning, operation and development of the entire network including routing, switching and firewalls.

Projects & Collaboration: Planning, prioritization and delivery of IT projects in close coordination with IT and departments; Control of service providers and preparation of decisions for IT management.

Quality & Efficiency: Establishing standards, processes and key figures to ensure stability, transparency and continuous improvement.

Your profile Multiannual experience in IT infrastructure and IT operation, preferably in Microsoft embossed environments.

Funded know-how in Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization, Azure and basic network technology.

Routinizes in the use of monitoring, patch and software management solutions as well as in automation with PowerShell or Bash.

Experience in the independent implementation of IT projects and the smooth transfer to the company.

Analytical thinking, structured working, communication strength and team capacity; very good German and good English in word and writing.

completed studies of computer science or comparable training; Knowledge in M365, Intune, ITIL or FinOps are beneficial.
