Design and implement innovative and modern IT security solutions to protect our IT infrastructure and data against threats Conducting security analyses and problem limitations, identifying potential vulnerabilities and error situations to implement proactive measures with final quality assurance Monitor, develop and document solutions to keep IT security at a consistently high level Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams in analyzing security requirements to develop and implement customized network security solutions Own-sponsored takeover of specific tasks and their implementation - independent or in the team Creating, developing and implementing concepts and IT systems Coordinating, planning, conducting or cooperating in IT projects

A completed higher education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification, for example due to IT-specific qualification, completed IT training or comparable practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in securing IP networks Knowledge with network security systems and firewalls Comprehensive knowledge of the Internet Protocol family: SSL, HTTP, SMTP, SSH, FTP Experience in the integration of security solutions into existing IT infrastructures Experiences in the field of proxy systems, application layer firewalls, encryption technologies or intrusion detection are desirable, Experiences in script programming (for example with python, shell scripting or pearl) would be advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least B1 level) A responsible, structured way of working, strong communication and team skills complete your profile
