The “Central Technology” department is responsible within the Vonovia Group for compliance with the operator requirements. In particular, the central technology takes care of the maintenance and technical testing and maintenance of the technical and construction equipment in the real estate portfolio of Vonovia. As an expert:in your task:

Technical advice: You act as a central contact person:in order to implement process and legal requirements for handling pollutants in maintenance as well as housing and building modernizations Process optimisation: You analyze and optimize existing processes in cooperation with stakeholders:inside and actively work on cross-departmental projects to further develop pollutant targets with Documentation: You take over the follow-up of repair work, documentation management (test logs, reports, etc.) and maintenance of technical master data Group-wide interface management: You support our regional units, the technical service and external service providers:inside as competent:r Contact:in and advise both on site and remote Administrative tasks: You edit tickets, place small orders, track their processing and check and release invoices

You have completed a vocational training and, at best, a further training as a master:in / technician:in or a comparable study You are ideally knowledgeable:r for pollutants and have professional experience in the field of building pollutants and reconstruction / rehabilitation You are versed in dealing with the current MS Office programs, as well as SAP and can analyse larger data volumes in a targeted manner You are convinced with your independent and organized work and willingness to work on new topics For the advice of our stakeholders:inside you bring the willingness to occasional service trips and represent our department professionally on site Your communication strength and your strategic thinking complete your profile perfectly
