In your role, you are responsible for the full processing of all contract management-related transactions in the Liability Insurance portfolio, with a focus on the large management business of Commercial You coordinate the instructions and implementation of local policies abroad and take care of assigned customers Your focus is on handling all post-bound business incidents, ensuring high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction You check and track premium balances and clarify debt collection differences to ensure a smooth flow of payment In close cooperation with underwriting and sales, you will ensure efficient and customer-oriented contract management

Teamability and Structured Operation Customer & Sales Partner Experience Knowledge of Zurich management systems (e.g. IVK, Host) Ideally experience in industrial liability insurance MS-Office knowledge as well as German & English knowledge in word and writing Commercial/insurance training & professional experience
